Dance and exercise enables people to come together and enjoy dancing as part of a healthy lifestyle.

There are many different dance and movement styles out there to help you stay fit and healthy, whilst having fun at the same time!

Learning various styles of dance to challenge yourself is a great way to keep fit without even realising how hard your body is working!

The facilities used include a bright and light studio, access to the kitchen, toilets and a large garden to use in the summer months.
